"Quick help, even though I was confused"
I was a little confused about what was going on with my order, so I reached out to support not really knowing what to expect. They got back to me really fast and cleared everything up without making it a big hassle. No long wait, no back and forth forever, just simple help. Happy with how they handled it.

"I do like the shoe selection..."
I do like the shoe selection, and I eventually found a pair I wanted, but the site made it way harder than it needed to be. The filters kept resetting on me, pages were loading slow, and it was especially annoying on my phone.

Checkout was kind of clunky too, with a few parts that weren’t clear so I had to go back and fix things. It did work in the end, but I didn’t feel like reaching out to customer service because I never really trust that they’ll be helpful with stuff like this...

I really wanted to like these shoes because they looked great, but the sizing was a bit frustrating. They felt smaller than what was listed, so I couldn’t tell if it was just the style or if they were actually off in size. Either way, they didn’t fit right and I ended up having to return them.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were listed as in stock, and then a few days later I got an email saying they were sold out. I’m not totally sure how that happens, but it was frustrating and kind of felt like a waste of time

I bought a pair of shoes and they just didn’t fit my feet right, so I had to send them back. The return steps were clear enough and I didn’t really have problems doing it. My refund came through fine, just it took a few days more than I thought after they had already got the package. Not a huge deal though. Overall it was okay, and I would probably order from them again.

I mostly use Running Warehouse because their product info is actually really helpful. They list the shoe specs, fit notes, weight, drop, and even little comments about how the shoe feels, which makes comparing pairs way less of a guessing game. I’ve definitely avoided buying the wrong size a couple times because of their notes. The site itself is simple, almost suspiciously plain, like you keep wondering if there’s a catch, but the details are solid.

I sent the shoes back and the refund did come through, but it took around 10 days for the money to show up (a little longer than I was hoping). Customer support did reply when I reached out, just not very quickly. Overall it was okay, just not the smoothest return experience.

I used Running Warehouse for shoe fit guidance, and it was okay... not bad, just not totally accurate for me. The sizing notes did help a little, but the pair I ordered still ended up feeling tighter than I expected. I had to exchange them, which was kind of annoying. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience... I just wish the fit info had been a bit more spot on

The prices are generally fair, so I can’t really complain too much there. That said, the discounts aren’t anything special and don’t feel like much of a deal most of the time. Overall, it’s okay, but I wish the sales were a bit more impressive.

I’ve bought shoes from Running Warehouse a few times now, and yeah, the prices have always felt reasonable to me. Shipping wasn’t instant or anything, but it was quick enough, and when one pair didn’t fit, the return was simple, which I really appreciated. So overall… good value, easy to deal with, no real complaints from me

"Shoes were fine, but am I missing something with the packaging?"
My order showed up on time, so no issue there, but am I missing something with how these were packed? The shoe box was crushed and basically just thrown into a thin bag with no padding at all. The shoes themselves were okay, thankfully, but for the price I paid, I expected them to arrive in better condition. Not a total disaster, just a bit disappointing.

I had a quick sizing question and, i was surprised how fast customer service got back to me. They were really nice and helped me figure out the right pair without making it a big thing. After that I just went for it and placed the order, and everything was smooth. I’d definitely buy from Running Warehouse again

"Usually My First Stop for Running Shoes"
I’ve ordered from Running Warehouse a few times now, and compared to a lot of other shoe sites I’ve tried, they’re usually better about having the sizes I need in stock. Last time, my size was sold out on three other sites, but they had it available and even had a couple of color options left, which was a nice surprise. The site is easy to use too, especially when checking sizes. Overall, no real complaints from me.

"Way too many shoes, which is good"
I came in just looking for one pair, but there were so many shoes to pick from that I ended up browsing way longer than planned. I feel like if a place has that many options, they probably know what they’re doing. Good selection overall.
