"Very poor customer service"
Very poor customer service. No interest in turning me back into a happy customer. I ended up cancelling my order and asking for a refund.
It took months of asking nicely and then having to resort to official complaints to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission and to Consumer Affairs Victoria before actually receiving the refund.

"I had a warranty issue after 8 months…"
I had a warranty issue after 8 months of wearing the shoes and Running Warehouse replaced them immediately with a new pair. Quick and easy= excellent service!

"Beware what you actually get"
Beware what you actually get
Under 'Returns' on the website of Running Warehouse Australia (RWA) is the statement "...always wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event the item doesn't fit or you simply change your mind no problem, all items can be returned in new condition within 60 days from the invoice date.", and "Purchase a Return Shipping Label for only $13.10...Posting items back to us can sometimes be costly. A Return Shipping Label can be purchased directly from Australia Post for only $13.10." and further down, "Fun Fact: The $12.50 return shipping label to purchased directly from Australia Post. Australia Post take the money and issue the return label."

Background to my review: I am a long-time user of Hoka shoes, and currently have 2 pairs in use. When I saw the sale of Hoka Bondi on RWA's website on 5 Feb, I ordered 2 pairs of Women size 7.5B. First pair came quickly, 2nd pair on back order.

Issues with RWA: (1) Sent the wrong shoes - As soon as I took the shoes out of the box I knew that they were far too big. I measured it against my existing Hoka Bondi of the same size, and found the new ones at least 2 cm longer and much wider. I emailed RWA about their mistake in sending the wrong shoes, and indicated that I had to return them and also to cancel the pair on backorder (could no longer trust what I might get from RWA). My guess is that RWA had sent the size I ordered, but for MEN, not WOMEN. (2) I posted the shoes back on the same day they arrived (10 Feb). On 18 Feb I followed up with the refund of the returned shoes, the response was "Our warehouse team is behind in returns at the moment due to our recent sales period." Doesn't this make you wonder? Would so many returns reflect on the number of mistakes RWA makes? (3) The above information about returns on the website is not only conflicting, but wrong. I had to pay Australia Post $17 to send them from Sydney to RWA. (4) RWA had sent the wrong shoes, so I felt that I should not have to suffer any monetary loss, and I asked for a refund of the postage. No response at all from RWA. I don't expect to get anything back from them.

My warning to those thinking of buying from RWA - You just don't know what you might get, and if it is not what you have ordered, you would have to pay for RWA's mistake to return the merchandise. As for myself, needless to say that I would never buy from them again. You might not get the sale price to buy from an onsite shop, but at least you know exactly what you are getting and paying for.

"i LOVE running warehouse"
i LOVE running warehouse. The deals, free and fast shipping (as a US resident), and free 90 day returns are unbeatable. I've been a customer for about 3 years now and they've always shipped my items safely and efficiently. It has allowed me, as an average but enthusiastic runner, to obtain gear that elevates my running experience without breaking the bank-- especially with the insane price of shoes these days. I still have yet to pay full price for a pair of running shoes from RW, though I'm the type who waits for last season's shoes to go on sale. Their returns are slower than many other companies but they do say to allow 10 business days for processing and with how easy the returns are (they give you a return form AND shipping label sticker in the package) I really can't even complain. And the one time I did reach out to customer service with a concern about my return they were quick to respond and provided me with all the necessary info.

"I ordered from Canada"
I ordered from Canada, thought it was Canadian prices with shipping and then brokerage charges, the running bra was $140 dollars, I could have bought 2 lululemon running bras. I have learned my lesson.

"False Advertising and Return Process!"
I made a purchase on 12/28/2022 and paid for UPS 2 day air. The website indicated that my card would NOT be charged until items had shipped. On 12/29/22, my card was charged, and it indicated "items shipped", however there was no tracking data. By 1/2/23, I still did not have the items and no tracking. I contacted customer support and they were not helpful. They eventually responded saying I could cancel the order if I wanted. So I did. They had the package, which was still en route, redirected back to their warehouse. And, that was received by them on 1/3/23, however I have still not been refunded my $536.30 as of 1/6/23, and have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Really horrific customer service, and DISHONEST. They charge your card BEFORE it ships!

"Absolutely Wonderful"
I ordered my son Nike track shoes that were sold out everywhere else. I was hesitant to order from Running Warehouse since I have never heard of them before. The package was just delivered and was 1 day ahead of schedule, which is awesome being a Christmas gift. When I opened the shoe box, a Nike tack-n-field bag was also included, which was a surprise. When I placed the order almost immediately I received a tracking # and I would recommend it to anyone. Great business!

"The best experience ever"
The best experience ever! Runningwarehouse shipped me an item through GLS(worst courier ever) and it got lost by the courier so they innediately replaced me a new one. Will be buying again at runningwarehouse for sure

"Absence of Costumer service"
There is virtually no reply to emails.
Tried to cancel my purchase, (3 days to responde an email),
3-5 working days to have the money back?
It’s has been already 2 weeks since and no money back.
This was my first purchase with them, and certainly my last one.
There should be an option to rate 0 stars

"Return time issues"
Waited 10 working days for my refund. Called on the 11th day and was told it would be at least 5 more days. Totally unacceptable return policy. Last time I will purchase from this company.

"Useless customer service"
Returned a pair of running shoes, to exchange for 1/2 size bigger which they had in stock. Heard nothing from them, called them 3 times during next few weeks to check and just excuses about how busy they were in the warehouse as they just had a sale on. Finally after 3 weeks I called again and they told me they had stocked out of the bigger size - no wonder! No apologies, no empathy, no communication: worst ever!

"Excellent Service Excellent Price"
I ordered a pair of Saucony running shoes on a Friday for half price. I used the standard shipping option. Shoes were on my porch the following Friday AM.

I will definitely consider Running Warehouse for future purchases.
